Yin Yoga
Gentle, mindful 60-minute group classes where the pace slows down to create a space for listening, presence, and emotional connection. In each session, I guide you to inhabit your body from within, recognizing sensations, emotions, and real needs—without rush or pressure.
Through mindful breathing, held and adapted Yin poses, guided moments of silence, and a deep final relaxation, the practice becomes a time to feel, release, and return to yourself. It is not just about stretching the body, but allowing the nervous system to calm down and giving your emotions space to exist.
This practice is ideal for:
✔ Relieving physical and emotional tension, improving mobility in a respectful way.
✔ Regulating stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue.
✔ Deepening into a meditative state of calm and clarity.
It is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition. You don’t need to do anything 'right'—you simply need to be willing to listen to yourself. There is no comparison or judgment here; I support you with presence and care so you can find a practice that is authentic, kind, and adapted to you.
Pilates
Classes designed to strengthen the body through awareness, improve posture, and gain mobility safely and respectfully. Each session is a space to connect with your center, understand how you move, and learn to engage your muscles with control, presence, and breath.
Through Pilates exercises, attention to alignment, breath, and internal rhythm, we work on deep strength without impact—promoting more stable, efficient, and functional movement. It is not just about doing exercises, but about feeling how your body responds and organizes itself.
These classes are ideal for:
✔ Strengthening the core and improving stability from within.
✔ Developing postural awareness and relieving accumulated tension.
✔ Increasing mobility and flexibility without forcing or competition.
This practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience. We use body weight and various props—such as balls, rings, bands, and blocks—adapting every exercise to your needs and current stage of life. I guide you closely to help you discover a Pilates practice that is mindful, effective, and kind to your body.
Barré
Barre at Benestar is a way to train the body through strength, awareness, and support. You don’t just come here to exercise; you come to be part of a space where we train together, see each other, smile, and support one another through the process.
Our classes combine ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and functional work, adapted to real bodies and different stages of life.
In Barre Fit, the intensity is real. We build strength through small, slow, and highly controlled movements. Your legs and glutes activate deeply, your core supports you at every moment, and yes—your legs will shake. That shake is a sign of work well done, of strength being built from within, with attention and care.
In Barre Zen, the pace softens. We continue to work on strength and stability, but with a greater focus on breath, awareness, and flow.
At Benestar, we train as a team, built on a foundation of mutual support and respect. We create an environment where you can feel safe, strong, and supported. That is exactly what makes this experience so special.
Personal training
Fully personalized sessions, created through deep listening and respect for your body and your current stage of life. This is more than just training; it is about guiding you through a process where movement becomes a tool for true well-being. Whether you are looking to gain strength, regain mobility, relieve tension, or simply feel better in your own skin, we will design a practice together that makes sense for you—free from pressure or demands.
How does it work?
✔ Taking the time to listen to you: what you need, how you feel, and what you hope to gain from the practice.
✔ Working in a progressive and mindful way, attending to every detail to ensure that movement is safe, effective, and respectful.
✔ Transforming exercise into a kind, sustainable habit that adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Every body has its story, and every session is unique. Here, there are no rigid formulas or comparisons—only presence, attention, and support. If you are looking for a space to move with awareness, confidence, and care, you have found your place.
Move, breathe and find your balance.
Whether it's your first class or you're already experienced, here you'll find a space to listen to yourself, enjoy movement, and feel good in your own body.
Each practice is designed to accompany you on the path toward greater connection with yourself, without demands or pressure.
